L’Homard Gin is part of the culinary gin range of Spirits by Design.
For each batch, we painstakingly macerate and distil 60 kilogrammes of wild lobsters, which have been sustainably trapped along the coast of Nova Scotia, Canada. We blend the lobster distillate with a unique gin base and add other distillates like parsley, lemon grass and malt. There is no doubt you will appreciate the refined nose of this gin, which is reminiscent of a luxurious crustacean inspired bouillabaisse.
